I always say: “Your goal is my goal”, “Quality over Quantity” and it seems so cliche but I really believe it in my heart of hearts! I look forward to meeting people, learning about them and with clients its no different. I invest the time, take notes and do my best to understand what is important and the overall goal is so that I can provide solutions, work collaboratively and advise on how to get you there successfully.
Spending many years in hospitality has conditioned me even more on the importance of investing time and patience in my clients and in the real estate industry. My hospitality sales and marketing years have also strengthened my customer service background, increased my skills as a negotiator, listener, communicator and implemented a path of collaborative organization. All of this allows me to relate and adapt to the goals of my Buyers and Sellers; educate and serve my clients with quality and that leaves little time to focus on quantity. It’s hard to have high quality and high volume and perfect them both at the same time so I choose quality.
